What is a GaN charger?

A charger built on gallium-nitride power semiconductors instead of silicon. GaN switches faster and wastes less energy, so chargers shrink dramatically while delivering more power — a 100W GaN charger can be smaller than an old 30W silicon one.

What is the difference between GaN and silicon chargers?

Size, heat and efficiency. GaN chargers are typically 40–50% smaller at the same wattage, run cooler, and support newer standards like USB PD 3.1 EPR for 140W+ laptop charging.

Can you produce GaN chargers under our brand?
