1. Who we are
This website is operated by Suzhou ONEPOINTECH Co., Ltd. ("ONEPOINTECH", "we", "us"), with offices in Suzhou and Shenzhen, China. You can reach us at info@onepointech.com or +86 156 1877 5325. For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws (including the GDPR), we are the data controller.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, company, country/region, product interest, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to prepare quotations.
Anonymous analytics — only with your consent. If you accept cookies in the consent banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregated, anonymous usage: pages visited, scroll depth, file downloads, tool usage, form starts and submissions, language switches, and error pages. GA4 sets cookies provided by Google LLC. We also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how the site is used through heatmaps and anonymized session recordings; form fields are masked by default. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected.
Marketing attribution. If you arrive via a marketing link (UTM parameters), we store those parameters and the referring page with your form submission so we can understand which channels bring relevant inquiries. This is linked only to the inquiry you choose to send us.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or social-media beacons on this site.
4. Where data is processed
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc. (hosting provider) and delivered to us by email. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC. Both process data in the United States under their respective data-processing terms.
5. Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.
6. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise any right, email info@onepointech.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own except a single local-storage entry remembering your consent choice ("opt-cookie-consent"). Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept. You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing your browser's site data — the banner will appear again on your next visit.
